The excitement of hearing something new, which really blows you away, is hard to beat. That’s why we are always on the lookout for fresh and inspiring new talent to work with and develop.

Every artist needs a bit of extra help to push their music to the right people and make sure they are getting the recognition they deserve. No-one has time to do everything, and if we feel the same passion for your music as you do, then we would love to help you.

We are currently representing contemporary blues-rock band J Lee and the Hoodoo Skulls, and UK Hiphop artist Otis Mensah.

Soon to be Hip-Hop's first Poet Laureate; Otis Mensah is "a young story-teller-rapper-poet with a talent for drawing the poetic from the everyday happenings in his life.” The alternative hip-hop artist has risen from a new wave; age and era, embodying a contemporary, poetic take on hip-hop music.

The music he creates sheds light on existential commonalities discovered through introspection with often off-kilter lyrics, accompanied by a sentimental vibe. Otis’ music almost appears as a stream of consciousness, as though the young artist is documenting a journey of thought, however, drowned in playful imagery and unconventional symbolism left open to interpretation.

It’s not unusual to hear Otis’ lyrics accompanied by a boom-bap sounding hip-hop instrumental with a mellow and soulful feel, drawing from influences such as Mos Def, Common & The Roots.

2017 could not have gone better for Otis, with his single 'First Summer' landing BBC 1Xtra Introducing Track of The Week, his track 'Free The Slaves' was featured on BBC Radio One by Huw Stephens as Introducing Track of the week, a performance at Glastonbury 2017 on the BBC Introducing Stage, and his song 'Creep & Crawl' was selected by BBC Introducing Sheffield as Number 1 Track of the Year.

Otis has also played live with the likes of  Arrested Development, Killah Priest, Open Mike Eagle, Milo, P.O.S, Abstract Orchestra, Lowkey, The Mouse Outfit and as tour-support for Brother Ali and Chali 2na & Krafty Kuts.

j Lee & THE Hoodoo Skulls

J Lee and the Hoodoo Skulls are an instantly addictive contemporary blues rock band projecting dirty guitar riffs, stomping swamp percussion, and gut wrenching vocals.

The Surrey based band blends Americana with bluesy retro vibes to create their unique brand of urban blues rock. Their unique, innovative sound is typically the stuff of biker rock legend that you'd find somewhere down an American highway, and thus have to pinch yourself to remember that they come from the UK!

Between them, the band have already played on every corner of the globe with international chart success, received national award nominations, and had music used for various advertising campaigns, (including Henri Lloyd and the Mercerdes Petronas F1 Team.)

The Hoodoo Skulls have already attracted interest from European motorcycle brand KLM Wear, and have also picked up an endorsement by biker-esq clothing brand P&Co.

The band sit perfectly between a classic vintage sound, and something originally raw.
